This place has the perfect location, just across the cable car. I loved the convenience of being able to easily access the slopes. The service here is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping always ensuring that everything was taken care of. Loved the scenic view and the skiing experience near the hotel, perfect for a Christmas getaway. The hot chocolate served at breakfast and the bonfire outside the hotel in the evenings were delightful additions to the stay. The room decor was beautiful and cozy.
The room was quite small with limited storage space for our luggage. The staff seemed busy and not very friendly, which made us feel unwelcome.

The hotel was very well located, with great access to Christmas markets and shops. the room was comfortable and cozy, with lovely decorations creating a real xmas feel. Best of all, the breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of foods and drinks.
The service was very poor, with unfriendly and unhelpful staff. There were also issues with the heating in the room and we had to ask for extra blankets to keep warm.

Located just steps from the ski lift, this hotel offers easy access to outdoor activities. the large, comfortable room had a well-equipped bathroom and an excellent breakfast buffet, providing a great start to the day. the relaxing spa area and wine tasting evening were also highlights, offering plenty of opportunities to unwind.
The service could use some improvement, with some guests reporting overbooking issues and poor response from the staff.
